Working with J.M. Riley on our Alki Coffee Co. and Ben & Jerry’s project on Alki Beach was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. This was a unique buildout, incorporating two completely separate businesses and designs into one shared space, but they took on the challenge with confidence and delivered an incredible result that was on time and on budget.
They were ahead of schedule, brought in high quality subcontractors, and communicated with us every step of the way. Any time an issue came up they already had a well-thought-out solution ready. Never once did a problem feel overwhelming or slow the project down. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to keep things moving smoothly made the entire process far less stressful than we expected.

J.M. Riley Co. delivered two major projects for us—our full Shoreline Cadillac renovation and a ground-up, state-of-the-art Cadillac dealership in Renton. I’ve had the opportunity to work with JM Riley Company to successfully complete multiple projects on time and within budget. These projects include ground up construction and complete interior build out of several Bartell Drug locations as well as the expansion and full office renovation of the Bartell Distribution Center.
