Project included a full buildout of a 23,500sf space for new offices for a national accounting firm. Space was on floor of an unoccupied building and the work consisted of a new sprinkler system, new RTU’s, cabinets & casework, quartz countertops custom wood wall panels, new storefront glass walls & doors, flooring, restrooms, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm.
