JMR completed the greenfield construction of a spec retail building, which was later occupied by the developer’s business. This wood-framed structure features a drive-through and upgraded exterior architectural elements to meet the City of Covington’s design guidelines.

The project involved the demolition of three houses, full site development with stormwater detention, and extensive utility coordination. Situated on a busy street with businesses on both sides, the project required careful planning and execution to navigate the complex permitting process and jurisdictional challenges—ensuring a successful, high-quality build.
