This tenant improvement involved a comprehensive transformation of the space to meet both functional and aesthetic goals. Starting with structural modifications to the existing slab, we enhanced the layout by adding new restrooms and implementing electrical upgrades to support monitors, IT systems, security features, and access control. To ensure a comfortable and immersive environment, we incorporated soundproofing, installed stylish faux-brick paneling, and laid down custom mat flooring. Additionally, we constructed specialized hangmen stations, all while strictly adhering to the franchisor’s exacting design standards. This project is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that seamlessly blend utility and design.
