This 51,250-square-foot site presented an array of engineering and construction challenges, which we tackled with precision and expertise. There was considerable civil/sitework required, which included a complex stormwater detention facility and a lift station that required full dewatering. A new steel framed building was constructed, showcasing sleek Cadillac’s Boneline ACM panels, extensive storefront systems, and overhead doors. The Service Department was constructed of CMU and equipped with seven vehicle lifts, while the site was designed to accommodate modern sustainability needs, including EV chargers and provisions for roof-mounted solar power systems.
