This downtown Seattle project transformed an existing street-level retail space into a vibrant new café and convenience store. The work involved extensive upgrades and additions to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the new use of the space. A new concrete slab was installed to seamlessly match the adjacent area, along with the addition of modern restrooms and a grease trap. A custom-built Uni-Strut ceiling grid was also designed and installed to meet the space’s advanced technological and security requirements. With the worksite surrounded by occupied living spaces, we collaborated closely with the landlord’s staff to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth construction process for neighboring tenants. This project reflects our ability to manage complex urban renovations with precision and care.
