This project was located on a challenging site adjacent to I-405 in Bellevue, WA. Holmberg Mechanical engaged JMR for both preconstruction and construction services to build their new three-story steel-framed headquarters. The project involved significant civil and sitework, which required careful attention to preserve the surrounding area and prevent any damage. Among the building’s many architectural features, it incorporated a distinctive Kingspan Insulated Metal Panel building skin system, adding both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency to the design.
