For a valued repeat client, we transformed a former crane storage warehouse into a state-of-the-art CrossFit training facility. A key feature of the space is a 900 sq. ft. structural steel mezzanine with open grating, designed as a “portable” structure to creatively bypass full code upgrades while maximizing functionality. This innovative approach allowed us to expand the usable space efficiently while keeping the project cost-effective and compliant.
