JMR completed the full conversion of the former Infiniti of Kirkland dealership into a new Nissan facility, delivering a complete transformation tailored to the brand’s specifications. The project began with a full interior demolition, followed by the construction of a new steel-framed mezzanine to expand the functional space. We installed all new plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and storefront glazing, ensuring the facility met modern performance and comfort standards. The exterior was updated with new ACM paneling, giving the building a clean, contemporary look, and the parking lot was regraded to improve flow and accessibility—rounding out a successful brand transition
