This extensive industrial project was executed in three phases, beginning with sitework across the entire 13-acre property, followed by the sequential construction of two industrial buildings. The project involved significant onsite civil work, including the import of select fill and substantial dewatering to install the necessary stormwater system. Additionally, JMR constructed a new section of road to provide access to the site. The buildings were constructed using a concrete tilt-up method, and upon completion of each, JMR was contracted to build out Building A to accommodate multiple tenants.
