We completed first-generation tenant improvements (TI) to build new offices and a headquarters for a medical packaging and supply facility inside a concrete tilt-up warehouse. This project included comprehensive design/build mechanical and electrical systems, with power upgrades within the warehouse area to support operational needs. Additionally, we installed destratification fans to enhance air circulation and temperature control throughout the space.
