This concrete tilt-up warehouse project in Marysville began with extensive site development on nearly 14 acres, including the construction of a new roadway (160th St) and associated civil infrastructure. The scope involved importing approximately 40,000 cubic yards of select fill to elevate the building pad, managing a high water table with a full dewatering system utilizing over 200 wellpoints for storm and sanitary line installation, and implementing a new 4,000-amp electrical service. The project also required extensive coordination and negotiation with the City of Marysville to meet civil improvement requirements. Despite these complexities, the project was successfully completed on time and under budget, delivering exceptional value to our client.
