As the first of three new buildings in the Ridge Plaza development, this project featured a CMU, stone, and stucco exterior, combining durability with an attractive design. The full interior buildout was completed to Bartell’s exacting standards, including a pharmacy drive-thru, a high-roof entry vestibule with automatic doors, and a carefully planned layout to enhance customer experience.

Built during the winter months, the project required strategic planning and execution to overcome seasonal challenges, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
