JMR transformed an aging Nissan facility into a high-end Infiniti showroom, blending luxury design with structural innovation. The project included the addition of a second-level parking deck constructed with post-tensioned concrete, expanding capacity while maximizing site usage.

The interior underwent a complete demolition, followed by a full buildout featuring new storefront glazing, restrooms, a breakroom, and tech lounges tailored to meet the brand’s upscale standards. On the exterior, the building was reimagined with ACM paneling, giving it a sleek, modern aesthetic that reflects the premium nature of the Infiniti brand.
